Shipping and Return Policy
When will your order be shipped?
I ship all over the world directly from my Padova laboratory in Italy.
I try my best to process and ship your order as fast as possible.
During holidays and public holidays, this period may be slightly extended. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.

- EU countries:
€ 20 for small parcels
€ 30 for large parcels
- Rest of the World: to be defined based on the destination and volume of the package
For multiple orders that can be packed in a single shipment, the shipping costs will be defined on a case-by-case basis.
What are the expected shipping times?
I ship within 3 working days after purchase.
The expected delivery times are usually:
- Italy (standard): 3-6 working days
- EU countries: 7-10 working days
- Rest of the World: depends on the country
– Italia: Poste Italiane
- Europe and Rest of the world: Variable (UPS, GLS, TNT, DHL, POSTE ITALIANE managed by MAIL BOXES etc.)
How can I track the shipment?
To track your package, refer to the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
You can also check the status of your shipment directly on the shipper's website.
If you have not received the confirmation email with the tracking number, contact me
at email@example.com or via Whatsapp with the button below, we will solve any problem.
Returning a product couldn't be easier! If you need to return them, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return them. You will have to take care of the return shipment, which will be at your expense, while I will take care of the quality control of the return, to verify that the work falls within the return policies and I will try to make the refund as soon as possible.
In the case of personalized works, there is no possibility of return and refund.
Please make sure that the works returned are perfectly intact, with the certificate of authenticity inside the package received on delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

How I take care of the packaging
I am proud of the quality of my sculptures and I personally take care of the packaging in order to be able to preserve them and send them to you in all their beauty and integrity. To date I have never had any problems and all my customers have always been satisfied.
I apply the physical principle of the "core". The sculpture must be placed in the center of a container of reasonable size as far as possible from the wall in order to cancel the vibrations from impact.
Each work is wrapped in several layers of plasticized bubble wrap paper. The sculpture thus protected is immersed in a bath of polystyrene cubes inside a sturdy double-wave cardboard box.
Each work is accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.
